Delivery Information

At Minifig Kingdom, we dispatch every order of custom LEGO®-compatible minifigures from the UK as quickly and securely as possible. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £12, and we ship to Europe and the USA. We're a small business, so please bear with us during busy periods. Delivery times vary depending on your location, order weight and stock availability.

UK Delivery Times

UK orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, with free delivery on orders over £12.

During periods of high demand, some minifigures may temporarily be out of stock and need restocking from our manufacturer before being sent to our UK warehouse. When this happens, the overall delivery time can extend to approximately 7–14 days from the date of your order. We always aim to get your order to you before the estimated date.

Delivery to Europe

European orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Standard airmail delivery typically takes 5–10 days after dispatch.

Standard international airmail does not include end-to-end tracking. Depending on the carrier, you should receive tracking once your order arrives in the destination country.

Delivery to the USA

US orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Standard airmail delivery typically takes 7–14 days after dispatch.

Important Delivery Information

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods because of temporary stock shortages, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

If a figure is temporarily unavailable, we may need to restock it from our manufacturer, which can extend the overall delivery time. We'll keep you informed of any significant delays.
